An IconATG Senior Agile Consultant role requires:In-depth knowledge and experience with IT processes (Agile, RUP, CMMI, etc.) with 5 plus years specific experience in process mentoring and process improvement 10 plus years IT experience primarily as an project manager, business analyst, or methodologist Experience mentoring teams in Facilitation, Use Cases, Modeling, User Stories, Test First Design, Iterative Project Management, and Software Process Experience tailoring software methodologies to specific company and project needs Experience on large (30 plus person) and small teams ScrumMaster certification strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience developing and delivering formal courseware in SDLC topics Must be willing to travel full time
