We are actively seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager for our Iselin New Jersey office with 3 + years of experience managing a team of IT recruiters.  The ideal person will have experience with the following:

Fulltime and Contract placements Establish goals and metrics for their team Training and Development Measure daily performance against the established goals Motivate and inspire their team to achieve beyond expectations  Interact with Sales to understand the key requirements of their open Fulltime and Contract requisitions.
