Summary

The primary role of this position is to provide support for the design and implementation of SAP HR & Payroll functionality. The key responsibility of this position is the translation of Coca-Cola Enterprises’ business requirements into configuration within CCE’s global SAP R/3 model. This position will also assume a role in driving new innovation and experimentation within all SAP HCM areas. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong SAP R/3 functional skills, broad knowledge of human resources business processes, a good understanding of Project Management, and excellent teamwork abilities. Responsibilities: Configure and maintain settings in SAP R/3 for HCM, including payroll processes such as garnishments, third party remittances, and taxes. Document applicable business processes and procedures in the assigned areas. Develop end-user documentation and training materials. Develop detailed functional specifications for FRICE objects and perform functional unit testing. Create test scripts and participate in integration testing with appropriate end-user and technical groups. Manage and ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer of SAP skills in the assigned area. Provide technical consultation with business users. Assist teams on other CCE projects in order to ensure successful integration of SAP and non-SAP functionality. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements :Four year degree preferred Four plus years SAP R/3 experience in relevant areas of Personnel Administration, US Payroll required; 4.7 experience required, Canada Payroll preferred, BSI Tax a plus, ECC 6.0 a plus Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Enterprise Compensation management and other HCM sub-modules a plus Two or more full project life-cycles required SAP implementation and support experience required ; Multinational SAP implementation experience a plus SEND RESUME IN A WORD OR PDF FORMAT
