Senior Solutions Architect

 

Position Summary:

The individual will be responsible for working with the technical teams at The Company’s strategic partners.  The target partners will include companies delivering technology, services and infrastructure. The position will require the individual to work with people across different business units and functions (Strategic Alliance Management, engineering, marketing, and sales). The person will be responsible for the following:

· Present Company products, services and technologies to potential partners, presenting the broad spectrum of our offerings and talking to how they fit/align with the partners offerings

· Gain an understanding of our partner’s technologies and architectures and then work with partners and internal Company teams to determine the best way to incorporate/integrate with Company’s solutions or vice a versa

· Assisting partners with integration questions and drive/own the technical relationship with partners (acting as the first line of defense and organizing internal teams)

· Making recommendations on cross Company strategies, especially when we need to coordinate a product approach internally in order to really work well with a partner

· Developing proof of concept and demo applications that demonstrate how Company’s technologies and services can be used to effectively drive the partner’s objectives

· May assist the in development of the partner’s initial implementation

· Advocate partner requirements for product features, standards support

 

Knowledge & Skills:

· Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a customer-facing technical role

· Superb communication capabilities including excellent presentation, writing and demonstration skills

· Ability to work well with and coordinate a broad set of teams across the Company

· Ability to effectively communicate with business executives and decision makers

· Motivated self-starter who likes working on new initiatives and is comfortable with a new and evolving charter.
