Job Description:Managing projects to convert Investor Servicing data and processes on to destination systemsNTAS to InvestierLPS to InvestierPrivate Equity data to InvestranWorks with Accounting and Investor Services to determine workflows, service levels and deliverables by clientResearches, analyzes and documents how deliverables will be produced and service levels will be maintained on destination systemsOversees development of customer correspondenceDevelops business requirements and manages projects to build any file transmissions in or out of new systemManages projects to convert data and business processes to new systemsProvides first level production support during and after conversions Required Skills:5+ years experience in the Hedge Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency function or directly related financial services function.Previous experience with systems conversions preferably with background in systems mentioned above. Familiarity with Hedge Fund business processes for Private Equity, Fund of Hedge Funds.Exposure to Portfolio Accounting and TA systems and the ability to interact with a diverse group of operations and I.T. people to drive projects to completion.Prior experience developing operational and system workflows, and familiarity with productivity tools including visio and excel required. Additional Preferred Skills:Formal project management certification (PMP) desirable but not required. Prior experience in TA operations around Hedge or Mutual funds desirable.
