Senior Technical Recruiter

WynEdge Software is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to provide expertise within our internal team in seeking out and hiring high end Software engineers and technical professionals to help grow our existing staff of consultants. This position requires an experienced individual who understands all aspects of recruitment and who has the ability to develop a network/pipeline of very high end candidates outside of the general job board network.


Minimum Requirements:

* Previous experience (5 years +) in a technical recruiting capacity

* Demonstrated ability to cold call, identify and attract passive job seekers - work outside of the standard "job boards"

* Excellent communication skills

*  Four year college degree required

* Technical background a plus
