The UI Design/Usability Engineer will work on various project teams to develop user-centered designs for enterprise applications. Responsibilities include human factors engineering, usability evaluations, and testing. You will work to improve the usability, usefulness, and desirability of the product graphical user interface in collaboration with customers, Product Managers, Engineers, Professional Services, and Support staff.

Qualifications:Solid research, technical, and visual design skills. 3+ years experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript (AJAX). At least 1 year experience with prototype, dojo, or scriptalous required. Proven experience in human factors and usability engineering, and applying these skills to the design and development of web-based user interfaces. Experience in gaining active end-user involvement in the specification, design, and implementation phases through interviews and site visits. Research, develop, and communicate the long-term vision for the customer user experience. The ability to mentor team members and set the example for best practices. Ability to analyze and develop product architecture to evolve user interface design foundation. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage your work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment A Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or related field is strongly preferred.
