The qualified candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis and developing, deploying, testing, maintaining and supporting a Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing clients current business environment and suggesting a future strategy. Plan, manage, and provide Sharepoint configuration, software development, and application integration support for Sharepoint environment, including migration from SharePoint 2003. Plan, develop, prototype, and deploy enterprise-wide MOSS 2007 site configuration, web parts and application integration. Create new web parts / web applications for use within SharePoint 2007 to meet mission requirements.Required Skills



The individual holding this position should have experience in most of the following technologies:SharePoint implementation/migration/architecture Microsoft.net/ C# MS SQL Strong OOP design skills and knowledge (MVC, design patternsHTML, DHTML and Cascading Style Sheets Knowledge of Application Servers.

Candidates will need experience migrating from Sharepoint 2003 to Sharepoint 2007. Additional skills with migration planning, team site taxonomy design, branding, server setup/configuration are preferred, with emphasis on the following: Setting up and configuring SharePoint 2007 Server Farm Setting up SharePoint 2007 Search service InfoPath 2007 forms experience Custom workflow with .Net for SharePoint 2007 Forms Authentication using SharePoint 2007 Load Balancing of SharePoint 2007 servers Deployment of Custom Web Parts and Web Controls SharePoint 2007SharePoint Designer 2007 Publishing Template for SharePoint 2007 Knowledge in setting up permission for the user accounts in SharePoint 2007 Targeting and auditing in SharePoint 2007 Business Intelligence KPI's and dashboards SSL in SharePoint 2007 Ability to document the environment design Kerberos knowledge Exchange integration Office Communications Server Required Experience



Education Requirement: Bachelor Degree (BSCS, BSSE or BSIS preferred) or Masters Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience Requirement: 5-7 years with BS/BA, 3-5 years with MS/MA/MBA

Certification Requirement: Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist - Sharepoint focus is a plus.
