These gamers have developed a new and exciting experience for the casual player of sports and RPG games. This team is looking for proven entrepreneurs that love to design in the gaming world, have high octane energy, and want to help drive the evolution of gaming in the area. The first strong need is a Senior Web and UI Designer that is passionate about what they do and can define the look and feel of the organization's online portal. Create a distinctive presence for the online brand through sophisticated design of a flash based sports game and social networking capabilities (blogs, chats, forums, gear trades, etc.). The design should gear itself towards the middle market, the 18-40 year old demographic, through edgy, distinctive, and cutting edge design! This is the 'Maverick' position of the organization while the Development team is your 'Goose!' Other duties: Conceptualize and create brand consistency.Create game and site wireframes that have a consistent look and feel.Design and develop attractive game interfaces and components including: iconology, typography, color palettes, and workflow.Client Description: Aquent is a leading global creative and marketing staffing firm headquartered in Boston. As well as: 3-5 years in a leading web design role, at least 1-2 in a management capacity.A portfolio of high quality, ranging from entertainment, commercial, and sports design.Expert Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash skills.Excellent interaction design skills creating site flows, user experience and awe inspiring design.Ability to rapidly develop solutions to design issues.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and XML.Plays well with others.
