Senior Web UI Developer MonsterTRAK, a division of Monster Worldwide, is the most visited college-targeted site on the Internet. As a member of our UI/UX team, youwill help innovate and take our user interface to the next level. Qualified candidates will have a strong interface background, technical skills, and an eye for design along with a passion for quality and results for the end-user while able to strike a balance with required turn-around time.   Essential Functions: Responsible for web-based UI that is simple, intuitive and efficiently leads user through a defined process. Lead web / UI development and mentor junior members of team. Participate in developing product requirements and timelines. Prototype, design, code, unit test and maintain web-based UI. Be part of a team using an agile development process.   Qualifications: Strong communication skills, problem solving skills and creativity. Experience designing, coding, testing and maintaining web-based UI utilizing CSS layout composition. Strong cross-browser CSS and HTML/XHTML development knowledge.
