Our continued success has created an opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer who has extensive and recent Windows based programming experience.
*** C++, COM, and ATL experience are all critical to this role.
Principal Responsibilities:
Developing SharePoint applications in a Windows environment (versus for the web). Responsible for writing eCopy’s SharePoint Connector and evaluating competitive products.
Responsible for writing functional design specifications, conducting code reviews, and working with cross functional teams along with other tasks as assigned.
Connectors are optional add-on software components to ShareScan (eCopy SW that drives scanning operations at MFPs and networked scanning devices). Connectors allow for connectivity to application software already is use by the end user.
eCopy Desktop is a windows application that runs on an individual user’s PC, that allows a user to modify captured images (markup, annotate, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (EE, CS, etc.) with a minimum of 5 years of development experience
Windows programming experience required: C++, C#, COM, and ATL.
Proven ability to write functional design specifications and conduct code reviews.
Knowledge SharePoint server applications
.NET is a plus
This is a regular full-time position.
