SharePoint (Moss) consultant needed

NEW CONTRACT POSITION. . Architects - Sr. Engineers with SharePoint
Server (MOSS) experience will be seriously considered. This is for a 5
week engagement to start, but could go up to 4-6 months. Person must work
onsite at our client in Northwestern Wisconsin.



Travel: up to100%

Duration: Contract

Hours: 40 per week

Information Worker Solutions.



Job Description:

The client will perform a 5 week Discovery and Planning
Engagement. Planning will include Discovery, Requirements Gathering,
and Planning and Conceptual Design sessions for the Microsoft Office
SharePoint Server 2007 Deployment.
The client will document client's vision and scopes as well as
the conceptual solution architecture and the plan for the next phases.
This five week engagement will accomplish the following:
Provide knowledge transfer of the identified technologies to
client in an effort to create a common baseline of understanding for the
team.
Develop a clear vision of the high-level solution, goals and
constraints.
Unify client and the Client team behind one common vision.
Conceptualize Initial Solution architecture and identification
of the plan for the solution.

Qualifications:

Must be an experienced MS SharePoint Architect.
Seven to ten years direct experience with Web application
development
Three years previous consulting experience
Current Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) required
Four-year degree in business or computer-related field or
equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of Microsoft IW principles including
supporting technologies such as SharePoint Technologies (Windows
SharePoint Services v2, SharePoint Portal Server 2003, Windows
SharePoint Services v3, Office SharePoint Server 2007), Office System,
InfoPath and Forma Services, BizTalk and Web services
Web site design and development experience in a Microsoft
environment.
Experience with .NET servers and tools required
Knowledge and skills in ASP.Net, C#.Net, VBScript, and XML
Working knowledge of SQL Server 2000 with database/Web
connectivity familiarity, plus database management and file access
methods

Interview Process:
Initial Interview: Recruiter will perform initial screen via
phone.
Technical Interview: Client Technology Expert will perform
technical screen.
Final Interview: Face - face in Berbee office with the client's
Management team.
If we request an in-person interview for out of town candidates,
the cllient will pay the travel expense.
We do have Video conference equipment in all client's office
locations which may help facilitate interviews.
