Career opportunities may be found at the National Support Center, located in Irving, Texas, a suburb of Dallas/Fort Worth, our National Customer Contact Center, located in Knoxville, Tennessee, or at one of our sales and service branch offices located across the United States as well as British Columbia, Canada.   SharePoint Web Developer Description:Brink's Home Security is seeking a self-motivated Senior SharePoint/Web developer to perform leadership and development on full software development life cycle activities of SharePoint-based applications.Responsibilities include:* Responsible for assisting in the planning, design, configuration, testing and implementation of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 solutions.* Develop custom web parts and web controls for SharePoint 2007 using Microsoft Visual Studio 2003/2005/2008 for ASP.NET/C# development in both the 1.1 and 2.0 and 3.x Frameworks.* Develop custom workflows utilizing Workflow Foundation (WF) and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).* Develop queries and stored procedures utilizing SQL Server 2000/2005.* Collaborate with business analyst in analyzing operational procedures, identifying problems and recommending technical solution(s).* Prepare design, develop and unit testing level of effort estimates for new development and enhancements.* Maintain skills through continuing education, technical reading, and participation in professional groups, webcasts and seminars. * Prepare several types of documentation including Installation Guides, Detailed Design Specifications, Requirements Documents, Test Cases and Training Materials.* Assist Network Services team in defining infrastructure requirements.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
