Simulink Automatic Code Generation Engineer - C/C++

Summary: Design for today's sophisticated embedded systems. We are  seeking a highly motivated software developer to join our team. You will use your strong C/C++ coding skills along with your compiler and embedded processor knowledge to evolve our code generation technologies: graphical block diagrams to production ready embedded system code.Responsibilities: As a member of a highly skilled team, you will help evolve our code generation technology for the purpose of generating target optimized code from Simulink block diagrams. You will independently drive all phases of your development work, and have the opportunity to interact with customers directly.Qualifications: A passion for creating high-performance real-time embedded systems is required!Additional qualifications include: • M.S. or Ph.D in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mathematics preferred. Applicants with a BS degree and commensurate experience are encouraged to apply. • At least 5 years of solid C/C++ coding skills, preferably in a large-scale code base • 3+ years experience with embedded system development, including leveraging technologies such as SIMD architecture • High attention to detail and quality • Results oriented with the ability to multitask • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with tools such as MATLAB and Simulink is a plus Company: The MathWorks, Inc. ©2006 The MathWorks, Inc.
