Manages product post ramp qualifications and ensures high quality product to our customers. Include assessing our OEM vendors capabilities, test time optimization and maintenance plans and scheduling. Will also included new site qualification and communicating issues in a global environment.Ensures standard best in class Manufacturing processes are consistently applied throughout the product lifecycle. Includes generating reports for management, yield improvement, capacity planning and cost containment. Includes scheduling and execution of multiple projects. Some travel may be expected.Strong communication skills is a must and requires interfacing with senior management to communicate activities and factory status and readiiness. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.SUPERVISION: Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others.BSEE or Equivalent Degree required. Typically requires a minimum of 12+ years of related experience. At this level, graduate coursework may be preferred.
