Roles and Responsibilities of Java / J2EE Developer:Work closely with other software developers, quality assurance staff, and project leaders to develop high quality applications using leading edge technology. You will be directly responsible for the design and implementation of one or more subsystems within the application

Other Responsibilities include:Contributing to and leading cross-functional initiative teams, mentoring team members, and arbitrating technical debates. The ability to understand customer needs, solve business problems, and conduct various levels of technical design, implementation and testing. Involvement in delivering functionality to meet user requirements.

Required Skills of Java / J2EE Developer:Strong communications skills are a must for this corporate environment Willing to work on various technical tasks other than programming, such as production releases and data synchronization Willing to work under a deadline Hands-on experience of Java servlets/JSP, HTML, and JavaScript are a must Hands-on experience writing complicated SQL and a strong understanding of database performance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
