Avanade has exciting Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) opportunities to join our team as a full time employee in Fargo, ND.   If you thrive on solving complex problems, working with a world-class team and building software using your C#, ASP.Net and SQL skills, then this is for you!

A successful candidate will have at minimum:
-  Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

-  4+ years of professional software testing experience involving test designs, test execution and test automation of commercial software (preferably business applications).

-  Experience with test planning and driving test execution of large projects

-  Strong working knowledge of test methodologies, techniques, and test automation tools/harnesses

-  Working knowledge of Object Oriented Programming

-  Working knowledge of .Net Framework, C# and ASP.Net

-  Working knowledge of Relational Databases/SQL and XML

-  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, Project, Sharepoint, LiveMeeting) - these are all tools used on daily basis to communicate information.

 

Elements of your background which would be a plus:

-  Solid knowledge of Dynamics AX 4.0 (MorphX, Modules, X++…)

-  ERP domain experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Manufacturing, Inventory, Distribution, and/or Financials is a positive.
