Propose, design and implement next generation user interface based on specifications and customer requirements. Assist in planning, scheduling, and assigning development projects. Analyze customer requirements, propose and design, product features, and create functional specifications. Identify areas of improvements and assist in refining standards and procedures. Performs any other related work as assigned. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5+ years of development experience using Java 3+ years of development experience in JavaScript, HTML, JAVA, XML, XSLT, XPATH, CSS. Delivery experience on an actual Web Application/J2EE project.  Knowledge of Agile Methodologies Knowledge of AJAX Development experience in cross browser web application like Internet Explorer and FireFox.
