IMMEDIATE Opening in Dallas, TX - Software Engineer - Windows C++ Application Programmer

BRIT Systems, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated individual with experience as an application programmer using C++ and MFC under Windows to work in a team environment on the maintenance and enhancement of Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Medical Imaging software.


Required Skills:
Experience with C/C++ under Windows using Visual StudioExperience with application programming in a team environmentExperience working within a formal software engineering processExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong problem solving skillsExcellent planning, organizational, and task management skillsTake pride and responsibility in work produced and results achievedBachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Medical Technology, Radiology, or related field

Preferred Skills:
MFC
Win32TCP/IP networking and network applications developmentWinCVS or similar CVS source code management systemBackground in medical image processing and DICOM would be a plusBackground in OpenGL or VTK 3D medical imaging would be a plus
