Software Implementation Coordinator:

 

We are seeking a self-motivated, goal oriented person to serve primarily as a Software Implementation Coordinator for our Health Care software.  The Implementation Coordinator will interface directly with new customers and be the first point of contact if any issues arise during implementation.  The primary responsibility of the Implementation Coordinator is to orchestrate software implementation plans and then play a leading role in the execution of that plan.  The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and self-management skills and be willing to travel up to 45% of the time.  In this role the implementation coordinator will provide both end user training and system administrative training as it relates to the software and environment.  Also the position will also focus on managing data integration projects and will assist with support when necessary.  The employee will be responsible for conducting implementation meetings to communicate progress and to monitor and report the status of project milestones.

Desired but not required technical skill set:SQL languageFamiliarity with HL-7 and other interface standardsHealth Care IT backgroundProject Management experience
