Software Implementation Services Engineer/Developer (OH_IMP_ENG)

SilkRoad technologies, a leading hosted software solutions provider, is seeking a top candidate to perform web application implementation and development in support of our applicant tracking system product. The position will be integral to implementing new policies, methods, and techniques specific to the recruiting industry enabling OpenHire to continue to meet the needs of its users. This position is available in our Winston-Salem, NC, Chicago,IL, or West Long Branch, NJ offices.Working as a member of the application implementation team, the qualified candidate will perform various system implementation duties including but not limited to: Management of complex software implementation projects with the expectation of meeting and exceeding company standards Configuration of new and existing accounts Creation of web pages primarily using HTML/DHTML/CSS/Javascript supported by ColdFusion templates and Active Server Pages (ASP) Creating web forms with advanced validation Writing and testing of SQL and DTS scripts Writing and testing of XML-based web service processes Perform Quality Assurance activities Assisting support units to ensure the continued use of the application by existing accounts Liasing with new customers to ensure the successful implementation of new accounts Documenting developed material Candidates will be expected to: Interact with clients and assist them in implementing and maintaining hosted web-based applications Demonstrate proven skills in requirements gathering and documentation Plan and lead multiple sofware implementation projects concurrently Participate in system development activities including testing (verification/validation), implementation, and quality assurance Demonstrate logical and mechanical reasoning in a customer centric environment Translate functional requirements into software configuration with minimal guidance Work alone with general guidance from team leader and deliver assignments on time Demonstrate effective verbal and written communications skills The ideal candidate will be extremely competent at the majority of following technologies: ASP/VBScript Advanced/Complex HTML Advanced JavaScript (DHTML) CSS Style Sheets Advanced SQL (2005) Regular Expressions Stored Procedures DTS SSIS Extensive knowledge of XML Form Validation Cold Fusion experience a plus

At least 5 years of experience in software implementation is required.
