Software Implementation Team Member

Due to explosive growth, WorkForce Software is adding members to our Implementation Team.  Team members will work in our Implementation Department configuring our packaged software system, supporting customers in production and working with the quality assurance team. This position is located at our headquarters in Livonia, MI. Applicants must commute to Livonia.Workforce Software develops and implements web-based, enterprise application software for workforce management, which includes time & attendance, employee self-service and scheduling. Our system is used by larger organizations and is one of the industry-leading workforce management solutions. Job Functions:*Application configuration of our Time and Attendance System*Train clients in application use and/or configuration*Analyze client functional requirements*Assist clients in application testing and rollout*Handle support calls from existing clients, troubleshoot application issues*Design reports using Actuate report writing tool*Testing/Quality Assurance work*May require occasional travel (10-25%) Mandatory Skills:*Strong SQL skills*Excellent oral and written communication skills* Ability to work well with all types of clients*Familiarity with business applications, such as Word, Excel, etc.*Must work well as a team member and individually*Strong programming experience utilizing any 4GL language and/or stored procedures*Comfortable working with database servers and Unix operating systems  Desired Skills:*Background in HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance*Experience implementing or working with packaged HRMS software systems, i.e. PeopleSoft, Lawson, Oracle, SAP, etc.*Knowledge of HR & Payroll policies, procedures and systems, i.e. ADP, Ceridian, Pro Business, etc.*Familiarity with at least one report writer such as Crystal Reports, Cognos, Actuate, etc.  A flexible work environment and team atmosphere make this a great place to work.
