Our Client is looking at hiring Project Managers,Mainframe Engineers,Architecture speacialists and Change Management Lead with Japanese Speaking skills.Bilingual – Fluent with English and Japanese (preferably Level 1 language proficiency certification)Travel to Japan may or may not be required (expenses will be covered)



Below is brief description for each role.

Change  Management Team Lead



§ Candidate must be fluent in English and Japanese, reading, writing and speaking

§ Working hours would coincide with Japanese working hours – 8:00pm – 4:00am

§ Initially will be required to work US hours for training activities  Crystal Reporting knowledge a plus§ Remedy knowledge is a plus

 

Project Manager

 

§ Ability to manage to project objectives and milestones, while meeting time, budget and quality requirements

§ Bilingual – Fluent with English and Japanese (preferably Level 1 language proficiency certification)

§ Travel to Japan may or may not be required (expenses will be covered)

§ Managing scope definition

§ Project planning and control

§ Managing and executing to the project plan

§ Developing a communications plan

§ Establishing acceptance criteria

§ Managing and coordinating the resources on the project team

§ Reporting and tracking project status and costs

 

Mainframe Engineer:

 

Expertise installing and/or maintaining one or more of the following is required:z/OS (MVS & JES),SMP/E,Assembler Language Coding,VTAM,TCP/IP,JCL & IBM Utilities,Omegamon for MVS,TSO/ISPF/SDSF,Mainframe S/W installation and maintenance experience,Problem determination

 

Experience installing and/or maintaining any of the following would be plus:RACF,Z/OS HTTP Webserver ,Z/OS Websphere,Unix Systems Services,Mainframe H/W,Thruput,Manager,Syncsort,SMS ,OPS/MVS ,Jobtrac

 

Architecture Speacialists:

 

§ 4-5 years experience with VMware ESX Server, with solid knowledge of VMotion, HA, DRS and other VI3.x features.

§ Familiarity with Citrix Presentation 4.0 and higher, as well as Microsoft Terminal Services

§ Familiarity with tools and utilities like Altiris Deployment server, PlateSpin migration tools, and Ardence

§ Expertise in application virtualization using SVS, Citrix Streaming, Softricity, Appstream.

§ Knowledge of Windows security

§ Knowledge of Cisco network technologies

§ Knowledge of .Net Application Architecture planning and support

§ Knowledge of Workflow, Imaging, and Enterprise Content Management
