Summary:

Beinga Project Manager at Liquid Digital Media means being an integral partof the team and its accomplishments. This is a contract to hireposition where you’ll manage a variety of software development projectsand releases in a matrixed environment. You’ll work closely with ouroutstanding team, which includes Engineering (QA, Software Development,IT/Operations) Product Management and Content Services.

Yoube working on a next generation Digital Music commerce platform drivingit to completion on schedule through collaboration with variousfunctional managers and individuals. You’ll also have the opportunityto contribute to and continue development of processes anddocumentation, ultimately improving the project management practices atLiquid. Responsibilities: Plan and conduct project kick-off meetingsDefine project scopeFacilitate technical and operational requirementsDevelop detailed project plansTrack and manage projects to successful completionCommunicate status, issues and risks to project stakeholdersProvide leadership to cross-functional project teams, and maintaining project documentation Requirements: At least five years’ experience managing software development projects Experience managing web-related projects from concept to delivery is a plus Demonstratedability to complete multiple tasks concurrently and deliver resultsunder pressure in a fast-paced, team focused environment Broad technical knowledge of Internet products and technologies (knowledge of digital media space a plus) Minimum of a BA/BS. Computer Science or related technical degree a plus Project Management certification a plus
