The position will be located in our client’s Shreveport, LA office and will report to the Business Intelligence Technical Manager.  The chosen candidate must live in or relocate to the area.

 

Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform quality assurance testing for all phases of the software development lifecycle for business intelligence applications.Assures product design and performance conform to product requirements and specifications.Strictly adheres to project delivery timelines while working as a member of a highly empowered development team.

 

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not requiredExperience working with SQL Server 2000 or 2005Experience with SSIS, T-SQL, Non functional testing, data validation testing, blackbox testing, and QA planningAbility to learn and implement new technologies as needed Flexibility and creativity in a fast-paced, changing development environment.Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects, and meet expected delivery dates
