Software Quality Assurance Analyst II (Pittsburgh or Tarentum, PA)

Job DescriptionDesigns, develops and executes Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Procedures for performing software testing. Works with the project team to ensure quality throughout the product lifecyle, including reviewing specifications, developing schedules, and resolving issues Leads software testing projects and assists in the training of lower level QA staff members Ability to diagnosis severity of problem and take a leadership role in problem resolution Ability to actively participate in formal design and code reviews

Required SkillsRequires a four-year degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience Minimum two years of work experience in software Quality Assurance testing and analysis Experience with Oracle and SQL required Exposure to automated testing tools - Experience with Rational Robot desired Good oral and written communications skills Ability to write QA documentation and summarize findings Organized, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills Ability to work in fast-paced environment Java test background preferred
