Accountabilities:
Ensure that the company's products meet total quality management standards and other reliability standardsResearch and implement new or improved automated testing methods, processes, tools, and systemsDevelop and coordinate appropriate test scripts and proceduresResearch and implement new documentation and testing methods and tools in order to maximize operations efficiencyBuild and execute detailed development schedules

Develops and perform:
Detailed test plans that present the goals of testing, test systems and a final scheduleDetailed documentation plans that present the goal of the documentation, audience, components of documentation, page design, detailed outlines and a final scheduleAll modular review and technical review draftsUsability testing of documentation during betaTechnical writing for internal systems and for outsourcing partners

What you bring to our winning team:
BS in computer science5+ years experience in creating and implementing test plans and ensure plan is being executed by all levels of team members and managementPreference for knowledge or experience in using Java, PHP and Joomla!Programming experience preferred but not requiredExperience in both Mac and Windows is requiredMust be an excellent communicator with technical and non-technical people alikeMust be able to set and meet deadlines and work under pressureMust be able to work well without supervision and pick up concepts quickly

Our ideal candidate will use strong technical skills (PHP, Joomla!) to create full scale testing process with limited direction.
