Position


We are seeking a Quality Control Lead to help build the right quality discipline for the next generation of the Visual i|o platform. This is a full time position.

 

Requirements
10 or more years of  experience in Software Quality Control, proficient in developing test plans and executing them for web based products At least 3 years experience with automated testing for Java based Web Applications At least 4 years experience leading a team of manual and automation testers Your testing ability must be well above average, as demonstrated by a continuous string of successful projects Solid experience doing functional, performance and stress testing Experience Working in a Agile Environment is a big plus Good programming skills Ability to master new skills and technologies Proven record of effectively delivering quality work Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills Team oriented mindset Can Do It!! attitude
