Software R&D Manager, High Availability & Networking Technologies

Description:Job Summary:Software Development Manager in High Availability and Networking Infrastructure Group. The development team this manager will lead is working on Infiniband and 10GigE iWARP Interconnect technologies.Education and Experience:- A minimum of 8 years of experience as an individual contributor and 1 to 5 years as a people manager is required. - A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, a Master Degree, or a PhD; or equivalent experience is required.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects is required.Qualifications:Requirements:Manage a team of 5-10 Engineers working on High Availability and Networking Software for Netapp's filer products.Background in High Availability, Clustering and TCP/IP is essential.Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
