Our client seeks an accomplished sales executive with a history of success in the vertical of software sales. This is a hybrid position, one that combines experience with direct sales as well as channel/alliance/VAR sales experience. This position reports directly to the VP Channel Sales.

Experience with data storage, data protection, data backup and disaster recovery business continuity software is a definite plus, however, not an absolute requirement. Again, the requirement of the combination of direct software solutions sales and channel sales remains critical. In addition, the ability to analyze a clients needs, present in a professional manner to top decision makers and then close the sale is essential.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelors degree combined with 7 plus years of software sales experience and a proven record of selling enterprise software (preferably in content management) CRM, ERP and ASP enviroments are also accetable. Previous success in handling large accounts over a lengthy sales cycle is paramount. This is an outstanding opportunity with a competitive compensation package.
