This is a fantastic opportunity. Our client, a leading provider of Document Management Systems, is searching for an accomplished Account Executive to join their team. They are looking for an experienced AE with a strong record of new account acquisition as well as growing established accounts.  Territory will be the Upper Midwest.

Compensation includes a base and an aggressive commission structure that will result in total compensation of $150K+ at quota.

Ideal Sales Candidate Profile:
.
3+ years selling document management or related software AND/OR

Experience selling local and county governments

.
Ability to sell large, complex deals
Aggressive hunter, prospector
Consistent attainment of quota
Ability to articulate a “Value Proposition”
Solution Selling/Strategic Account Sales methodologies
Ability to sell in a “team” environment – direct resources and executives in accounts
Goal driven
Strong work ethic
Strong character and integrity
High energy
Competitive, assertive, and driven but customer oriented
