Job Description: This position involves developing Paramount’s overall marketing strategy for our eProcurement, Project Time & Expense Management software systems. You will also be responsible for the following:

· Develop product marketing material, marketing campaigns, product brochures and documentation for use by our partner channel and sales personnel.

· Competitor’s research, identify potential markets and help develop pricing strategy.

· Collaborate with sales, product development, and other managers and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.

· Identify various marketing and advertising channels to promote Paramount’s software solutions.

· Identify partnering opportunities with various software publishers and consulting organizations.

· Motivated to succeed and aggressively develop public relations strategies and promote general product awareness.

Requirements:

· Strong verbal communication skills.  Candidate must be completely comfortable talking to people over the phone.  Experience in business development is a plus.

· Ability to learn Paramount’s eProcurement, Project Time & Expense Management software systems.

· Aggressive and persistent. Candidate needs to have the drive to make multiple calls into an organization, speak to the decision makers, and gain their interest in our solutions.

· Team oriented.

· Attention to detail with strong written communication skills.

· Excellent compensation in the form of base salary and other incentives are available for candidates that meet the above requirements.
