Software Support Technician

ARMS (Advanced Retail Management) is an international company in Henderson, Nevada, who for 25 years has developed a suite of software applications to support our innovative business management philosophy specifically for the jewelry industry.

 

We are currently seeking an energetic Software Support team member who can:

·           Provide world–class support remotely via telephone.

 

·           Exhibit excellent customer service skills to all clients facing situations (via telephone or via correspondence).

 

 

Rostered on-call, weekend and holiday support is required.

 Job Specifications

·         Support the use of various Microsoft operating systems, troubleshoot networks and peripheral hardware.

 

·           Work effectively with Australian team coordinating issue resolution and client communication to ensure complete root cause analysis and timely resolution of client issues and to complete any necessary follow-up for resolution.

 

·           Investigate and resolve client inquiries by telephone and remote access.

 

·           Answer, handle & resolve client calls.

 

·           Resolve client software and sometimes, hardware inquiries.

 

·           Respond to complex client requests.

 

·           Research issues and reproduce reported problems.

 

·           Electronically, document call status and problem resolutions

 

·           Provide and assign unresolved problem escalations to next level support.

 

·           Follow up with clients as appropriate.

 

·           Must be willing to work extended hours as needed, in order to meet objectives, based on client needs and training required.
