If you’re a software support / training professional with a minimum of 1-2 years experience with vertical market software, and enjoy working with end-users, this may be the position for you.  Our software company supports customers across the nation in the exciting and booming field of staffing.  The ideal candidate has some knowledge of billing, accounts receivable and payroll.The feature-rich software boasts a complete front, back office and web suite of products. Software support and training position is responsible for the following tasks:

 Phone support for clients.  Support is for software products only.  No hardware or network troubleshooting. Training of customers on software products in classroom or off-site. Documentation Software installation from a remote connection (Terminal Services or PCAnywhere) Project Management (new customers coming in)

 

Interested candidates should have the following skills / abilities:

 Support for a vertical software application Some knowledge of payroll and billing software; general ledger Training experience Software installation experience Project management experience (optional) Ability to travel SQL Server database experience (basic and not over-technical / and optional) Windows software experience PCAnywhere or Terminal Services Friendly and patient personality / must like to work with people
