Job Description & Requirements:

We are looking for computer knowledgeable individuals who love working with people, are self-motivated and interested in supporting and training clients over the phone and in person on proprietary software programs.  Primary responsibilities will include inbound telephone support and training our clients.  Build on your knowledge of computers by training clients, troubleshooting software issues, resolving problems, and working with a service-oriented team.

 

* 15% - 40% out of town travel required.

* Excellent Customer Service Skills

* Superior Analytical & Oral Communication Skills

* In-depth technical knowledge to include SQL a plus but not required.

* Must be able to multitask in a fast paced organization

* County Government, Appraisal, Tax, Law Enforcement and Courts Experience Beneficial but not necessary

* BA/BS in technical related field preferred but not required. MIS Degree an advantage!

* Previous training experience a plus.
