Software Trainer

The Software Trainer is an integral part of our dedicated software implementation team who provides classroom-style, formal software training for clients that license our compensation software systems. To fulfill this role, the Software Trainer will: Work directly with sales consultants, implementation consultants and other software support staff to develop training agendas and customized materials for each client Lead and/or assist with formal client software training sessions – onsite and over the web Work closely with sales and implementation consultants to understand the dynamics of each client and their unique system setup Create/update generic training materials and prepare custom case studies for use in national and client training sessions Develop expert knowledge of compensation software products and understand how they are used within a client organization Manage multiple training schedules simultaneously and notify project manager and/or client when training conflicts are anticipated Document outstanding client issues discovered in training and communicate to the implementation consultant for resolution Complete software implementation project work to assist in meeting individual and implementation team goals (based on availability), which will include setting up data dictionaries, creating custom screens, creating and importing data, importing/ updating salary survey data, creating reports and queries and system peer review BA degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, IT or a related field of study Software training experience Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with colleagues at all levels Excellent organizational, time and project management skills Excellent analytical skills Ability to work well in a team environment Compensation-related experience is desired. Ability to travel at least 50% of time
