We are currently seeking a Solutions Coordinator to be a part of our Solution Center.

 

Accuro Healthcare Solution is a fast pace healthcare technology company that has a need for a Solution Coordinator. This highly visible position is responsible for providing multiple levels of support through various mediums for Accuro’s external and internal clientele. This position will be responsible for front-line support for the Accuro products.


Responsibilities:

 

Providing frontline and end-user support for internal and external clients On-call support for issues during extended hours and weekendsResearching client questions and processing requests Triaging issues to other departments as required Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks; Coordinate ticket follow-up, escalations and closure Logging and tracking call statistics and content Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Accuro Healthcare Solution products Communicating notices of system/product upgrades and outages Coordinate and process all user requests for security access to Accuro Healthcare Solution products Other duties and projects as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 Detailed and Customer Service Oriented Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Managed care experience or degree in healthcare field preferred Ambition, strong work ethic, and an upbeat attitude Willingness to work flexible hours, including an on-call rotation Excellent human relation skills with a customer focus approach Strong Microsoft application skills with programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point A desire to work in a team based environment and contribute as a team player
