These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR.  We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.  Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Centre or, in some cases, an Accenture office. People within the Client Operations workgroup are responsible for the day to day provision of long term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Job Description The On-Boarding Technical Point of Contact supports external agencies adoption of Accenture Client services. The individual in this role serves as a Technical Point of Contact for external organizations to assist them with identifying services to support their needs, opening firewalls and troubleshooting data issues.  This individual in this role will help external agencies identify service reuse potential, assist organizations in understanding how to use the services, develop documentation to support external organizations reuse Accenture Client services, and provide a testing environment and support to external agency developers. Job Responsibilities:   Assist in developing the On-Boarding process and the documentation to assist external organizations use client services. Provide technical support to organizations working to implement solutions using client services. Support the development of documentation to facilitate external usage of the client services. Support a test environment to allow external organizations to develop and test the client services. Provide biometric library integration support to external organizations. Provide assistance to external organizations encouraging re-use of available services. Assist organizations in identifying solutions which reuse currently available services to reduce development and maintenance costs. Assist organizations in gaining access to the On-Boarding environment for testing. Review test data provided by organizations to resolve any test issues.  Qualifications  Basic Qualifications:  3 years of Service Oriented Architecture experience Preferred Skills:  Web Services experience IT Integration experience Understanding of Oracle Advanced Queuing setup.
