Position Description
Vitech Systems Group is seeking a highly experienced Solutions Analyst to join the Vitech team. As a Solutions Analyst with Vitech your role will be to work closely with different clients to conduct business analysis and identify Solutions objectives and requirements. The Solutions Analyst is also responsible for the creation and documentation of business processes and functional requirements, and all aspects of client support during system development and implementation.

Requirements and skills required include:
· A demonstrated excellence in analysis of business process, documentation presentation and testing.
· Applied knowledge of the SDLC and software development methodologies.
· Strong SQL proficiency.
· Good understanding of Relational Databases
· Demonstrated ability to build Use Cases and requirements management tools
· Strong skills required in critical thinking and data analysis
· Adherence to delivery deadlines
· Verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem solving skills.
· Experience in systems implementation or integration projects is a plus.
· Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in management, business or similar field
· ERP implementation experience is a big plus.
· Minimum of 4 years experience is required.
