Solutions Analyst/Configuration Specialist

The Solutions Analyst applies efficient and expert planning and execution to solving each client’s need. Working with Project and Account Managers, the Solutions Analyst leverages his/her analytical skills, solution design expertise and technical knowledge to create the optimal platform configuration required to deliver elegant solution designs. The Solutions Analysts thrives in a project-based environment, ability to conduct critical analysis of a business case and design a solution to deliver on a customer’s need, and able to deliver on time and on target.  He/She is a detail-oriented problem solver able to quickly understand the client situation, craft a solution, coordinate resources, and manage internal communications.

 

Responsibilities:Act as the primary, day-to-day solution design contact for SAVO Group Project and Account Mangers throughout all project phasesCollect, evaluate, and document solution requirementsAdvise SAVO Group Project and Account managers on solution designsReport progress towards project deliverables, alert Project and Account Managers to potential issues and suggest solutionsEvaluate and document changes to scope and schedule that affect project timeline and deliverables

Experience:

The ideal candidate’s skill set will include the following tools:1 - 2 years prior experience working in a project-based environment and in a client-facing roleAbility to quickly become proficient in new technologies, processes and methodologiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal Minimum of a Associates degree, preferably a Bachelor’s Degree Technical acumen including proficiencies in HTML and Microsoft Office Suite required; preferred to have worked with CSS, Javascript, Solution Design, and Project ManagementPrior experience working with Web-Based/On-Demand/SaaS products preferred
