We are not looking for an engineer or designer in the traditional sense of the word architect; the ideal candidate will drive success by creating dynamic innovation through the relationship of progressive technology solutions and aggressive business strategies. Gallup needs a leader well-versed in technological strategy and business development to guide our clients from their initial planning stages to their end goals. The ideal candidate must be confident in his or her ability to take necessary risks and question various problem-solving approaches to find the best processes and answers for Gallup’s clients. The Solutions Architect will also need to communicate clearly with leaders throughout all levels of management, including presenting these dynamic strategies to members at the executive level.   Other job requirements include, but are not limited to:• working independently and as part of a team • adapting to changing market conditions and customer requests • analyzing creative approaches to solving complex problems • developing strategies that incorporate analytical and intuitive solutions • assisting in the creation and presentation of pre-sales proposals and post-sales performance reports • establishing procedures and implementation methods that ensure success in meeting client demands • managing multiple projects and meeting numerous deadlines • guiding Gallup’s investments in new technologies • integrating business operations expertise and understanding of technology trends that can positively affect Gallup’s business outcomes The Solutions Architect must serve as a trusted advisor to Gallup’s clients and its own internal leaders by providing technical leadership and innovative business development to both groups.
