Must be proficient in Spanish or Portuguese and English and have utilized the Spanish or Portuguese language in a customer support/business environment. This position includes all Customer Service responsibilities and order management activities required to support relationships with Apple resellers. Responsible for monitoring order cycle time and managing obstacles in the end-to-end order fulfillment process. Performs Customer support activities including, but not limited to, order status, blocked order resolution, billing inquiries and resolution, returns and exchanges, data entry, shipment tracking and tracing, and other post sales activities and customer problem solving. Position requires high level of written and oral communication skills. Entails high volume of inbound and outbound customer contact to discuss ongoing issues, resolutions and process improvements. Also involves a significant level of interdepartmental interaction within Apple.Skills critical to the success of this position include excellent communication (written and verbal), follow through, judgment, ability to multi-task, flexibility, negotiation, leadership and teamwork. Must be proficient in Spanish or Portuguese and English and have utilized the Spanish language in a customer support/business environment.Normally requires a BA/BS degree or 3+ years related customer service experience, or equivalent.
