Sr. Account Executive

In order to contribute to our rapid growth, Interactive Business Systems, Inc, a 26 year old company, is adding a Senior Account Executive to our team.  The Account Executive will be covering a regional territory selling Interactive Business Systems’ suite of services to Fortune 500 companies as well as mid size businesses. Candidates should be well versed in uncovering our client’s key business issues/challenges.

 

Qualifications:



·  5 + years of direct sales experience in an IT Consulting environment

·  A proven history of achieving annual sales revenue of $3-6 million or higher

·  A strong network in the Chicago area is a must

·  Experience selling to senior level IT or business leadership contacts (CxO, VP or Director) within an IT or Business organization

·  Ability to establish new client relationships through excellent cold calling, networking and prospecting techniques

·  Excellent sales skills: working existing contacts, qualifying, presenting and closing

·  Ability to work in a team selling environment

·  Experience in selling IT project services

·  Proposal creation and delivery

·  Strong written and oral communication skills

·  Knowledge of the latest trends in the IT industry

·  Microsoft Solutions experience is a plus
 

The qualified candidate will be able to work out of the Chicago Loop office or our Oak Brook headquarters office. The territory is Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
