Phreesia is a young, fast growing start up company looking for a passionate, self starting, and highly motivated Sr. Account Executive /Client Services. Phreesia is free to physicians in participating practices. The Phreesia solution includes the leading edge PhreesiaPad™ which adds immediate value to the physician’s practice by gathering comprehensive intake information and chief complaints, decreasing the time spent asking basic questions, improving patient flow and reducing administrative time. Based on the patient’s responses they are automatically taken to a customized portal with relevant health and lifestyle information. Phreesia is sponsored by pharmaceutical and healthcare companies with relevant educational communications and advertisements to patients at the point of care.

 

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:Develop and implement internal and external project plans for implementation of pharameceutical advertising campaigns on the Phreesia pad.Stakeholder managemnet (Advertising agencies, Pharma execs, (Internal and external descision makers.)Facilitate internal implementation meetings and assure timelines and client needs are met by Phreesia team.Ensure all internal and external clientshave the latest information about client requirements, needs and expectations. Including data for resource planning and deployment.Develop, coordinate and perform the tasks necessary to avoid operational concerns.  Schedule calls, gather materials, data, etc. in conjunction with the appropriate internal areas and maintain client deadlines and deliver quality timely results to the customer.Maintain client relationship and help identify additional Phreesia opportunities at the client.30%-40% travel

 

 

This position will work closely with the Vice President of Sales to ensure client retention and expansion.

This job description is not meant to be all inclusive, and the employee will also perform other reasonable related business duties and job functions as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other management as required.

Experience:Minimum 4 year college degree

 7-10 years sales support experience

 Minimum 5-7 years internal and external project management experience

 Previous experience at Pharmaceutical Media Agency working on client engagements

 Healthcare related client experience a requirement

 Own transportation for use in travelling to clients in NE and mid Atlantic regions

 The flexibility to work with a start-up company, handle multiple responsibilities and provide hands-on support.

 Strong client facing skills as well as a successful track-record in applying those skills to client engagements/projects. Demonstrated ability to proactively identify areas for improvement in implementation and service process to better cost effectively meet client needs. Experience working with sales, marketing, and support groups Superior communication and organizational skills Self-starting, persuasive, and driven Decision making and problem solving capabilities

 

 

This position is based remotely from your home office and will cover the mid-Atlantic region.
