We have the following opportunity for Sr. Account Manager

 

Assume management responsibility for named accounts.  Develop an execution plan which address vertical and horizontal growth initiatives for accounts.  Execute the business plan with an emphasis on developing and maintaining strong business relationships at senior and business owner levels.  Create sales opportunities by building a network of contacts, utilizing existing relationships and through extensive networking.  Promote and raise the profile of OCS solution offerings, ensuring the Company achieves positive brand equity and captures mindshare.  Act as a key contributor to the OCS management team on matters relating to our product offering and customer needs.  Ensure effective and regular communications to all stakeholders on account business decisions, consulting with senior management where appropriate.  Develop a comprehensive customer-relations strategy and monitor it’s effectiveness through regular contact with customers.

 

Candidates for this position should possess the majority of the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and nine or more years of related experience.Effective cross-functional and cross-level communications skills both written and oral.Strong interpersonal skillsLeadership and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of basic software development life cycle methodology.Good PC skills
