Sr. Administrative Assistant

to join our Strategic Marketing team.  The responsibilities and duties for this position include but are not limited to: Provides Chief Marketing Officer with administrative and secretarial support Coordinating the executive's schedule which includes making appointments, establishing agendas and coordinating travel Screening the executive's telephone calls and incoming mail, handling executive expense reporting Assist visiting marketing executives with their logistics needs on-site at corporate Assist the CMO with project management Provide limited administrative and secretarial support to other on-site executives Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 5 years experience as an administrative assistant to an executive or director Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required Ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills Professional demeanor in voice, dress and conduct
