Duties:  System administration tasks to support existing SAP 4.6C and NetWeaver landscapes & supporting future upgrades to new SAP versions. Environment includes R/3, CRM, BI and Solution Manager. Administrator will play a key role in strategic long term system planning and project implementations, post production support, troubleshooting and problem resolution provide SAP technical expertise and contribute to strategy and meet the company's strategic business objectives. Primary Functions: Administration knowledge of 4.6C, CRM (SAP Business Suite) and NetWeaver. BASIS activities which include installations, upgrades, database administration, system copies, performance tuning, transport management, service packs and monitoring of SAP infrastructure. Monitor Early Watch sessions, manage and apply OSS notes for issue resolution. Work closely with development and functional teams in resolving application issues. Provide planning, sizing, cost estimations and recommendations for determining appropriate system hardware and landscape configuration. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of SAP upgrades and other related products. Security Administration. Maintain standard operating procedures and BASIS documentation. Support interfaces to non-R/3 systems and to 3rd party tools used in SAP environment. Familiarity with UNIX file system management and attached storage devices. Disaster and recovery planning for SAP environment. Multi-task and prioritize competing demands. Work independently and has excellent communication skills.
