Its consumer properties offer a comprehensive destination for the active lifestyle.Position: Sr. BuyerResponsibilities:• Locate and implement purchasing savings• Ability to read technical specifications and drawings• Manage and negotiate supplier relationships• Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions• Working experience with contracts and their legal ramifications• Experience implementing ERP (Oracle preferred)Location: San DiegoQualifications/Requirements:• Minimum 5 years strategic purchasing experience in high tech environment• Experience implementing ERP (Oracle preferred)• SOX compliance, establishing and enforcing purchasing policies• Strong knowledge of the purchasing process and proactively tracks from start to finish• Strong decision making ability• Intermediate to advance PC Skills including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Internet is required• Ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal/external organizational authority• BA/BS or higher, requiredPlease refer to job description.
