RSA, The Security Division of EMC, was formed in September 2006 following EMC Corporation’s acquisitions of RSA Security and Network Intelligence.OverviewThe Channel Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing and measuring marketing plans and lead-generation programs for channel-ready RSA products and solutions with RSA SecurWorld resellers in North America. This includes all aspects of joint program participation, direct marketing and awareness campaigns, partner seminars and events, and follow-up on all activities with SecurWorld resellers.The Channel Field Marketing Manager (CFMM) will also be a key member of an RSA Go-to-Market Campaign. In this role, the CFMM will provide NA channel-specific input and feedback to the Global Campaign & Strategy team. The CFMM will also work with the RSA SecurWorld Partner Program team to define requirements for partner sales tools, partner communications and partner trainings. The CFMM will manage the channel marketing budget and all related budget activities for their region and work in tandem with the RSA channel sales manager and RSA Commercial sales team on marketing requirements and investments in their region. This person will work closely with the RSA channel sales teams, the RSA Commercial Sales team, the EMC channel marketing team, the product marketing, solutions marketing and marketing programs teams across RSA business units and industry solution teams. This position reports to the Manager, Channel & Commercial Marketing, North America. Responsibilities Develop strategic marketing plans with SecurWorld resellers to drive RSA channel business. Work with RSA Global Campaign & Strategy, product marketing, solution marketing and marketing program teams across RSA business and industry solution units to define marketing programs that can be delivered to SecurWorld resellers. These programs to include direct mail, email, webcasts, and pod casts. Provide quarterly ROI reports on activity metrics. Work with the RSA SecurWorld Program team to define and deliver channel sales tools in support of marketing programs and key business initiatives, e.g. Compliance or Hard-Disk Encryption. Additionally, the CFMM will engage with the SecurWorld team to supply content for Partner Communication vehicles (SecurWorld alerts, SecurTimes, etc.) Create and maintain channel events and speaking calendar – identify support staff, coordinate all logistics, shipping, lead collection and communicate lead follow up process for respective events. Develop relationships with the RSA Channel & Commercial sales teams to leverage events and resources. Build relationships with the EMC field and channel marketing teams to leverage programs, events and resources.
