Sr. Facilities Coordinator

The Sr. Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the facilities and maintenance operations of our North and South American office locations. This position is based in the corporate headquarters site in Burlington, MA and reports into the Manager, Real Estate and Facilities. This is a hands-on role responsible for handling facility related requests, interfacing with outside vendors of equipment and supplies and supporting all initiatives.

* Provides day to day on site facilities support to all employees and departments
* Assists with planning, scheduling and monitoring all facility moves, adds, changes and maintenance related tasks through to completion and maintains seating assignments.
* Interfaces with outside vendors for copiers, refreshments, waste disposal, cleaning, offsite storage and other facilities related items
* As required, coordinate work activities with other departments. 
* Communicates Facilities status and issues to manager.
* Handle A/P related tasks to ensure accurate vendor payment and compliance with company purchasing guidelines.
* Responsible for overseeing card access system for Corporate headquarters.

* Assists with reception/lobby activities. 
* Ensures all standard precautions, evacuation, resumption plans are in effect for fire and other emergency situations (exit plans, warden training, fire drills)


* Three+ years recent, related experience. 
* Exceptional organizational, planning and prioritizing skills. 
* Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building and maintaining business relationships. 
* Ability to interface with people at all levels of the organization. 
* Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and assignments in a fast paced, exceedingly dynamic environment while adhering to strict timelines. 
* Flexibility to occasionally work outside of regular business hours. 
* Previous experience with AutoCAD or other CAFM software is a plus.
